The Brabazon Team

Mark Reohorn - CEO

Mark is a highly experienced, international ‘rain maker’ specialising in the FMCG, Publishing, Insurance & Credit Card Sectors with extensive knowledge in Business Process Outsourcing (with a bias to call centre & distribution), fraud reduction and secure distribution.

Via Brabazon Group, he has leveraged his proven track record (of 25 years) of helping clients secure profitable contracts and develop their existing contracts & processes into profit centres via efficiency drives or as part of diversification into new and complimentary business models.

His career started at Saatchi & Saatchi in financial advertising, mergers, acquisitions and demutualisations, moving into Business Process Outsourcing in the the 1990s working for British & American Global BPOs.

In 1999 he joined the British Post Office as part of the management team preparing it for 'Open Competition'.

During his time there he worked on Mergers &  Acquisitions, 'Special Projects' for the then new 'Blair' administration covering work for the Treasury, the NHS and the concept of 'Universal Bank' for the financially disenfranchised.

By 2003 he had established a 'near shore' outsourcing solution in Czech Republic to open up the Central European & Eastern Markets - CEE markets ( see Financial Times' articles) to reduce operational costs for UK businesses and access to 80 million adults for pioneering sales strategists.

Brabazon Group evolved from this model - capitalising on the fundamental rule that although 'technology is an enabler, it is the creative application of the technology' that delivers business objectives.

The Brabazon team have been together since 1995 and are proven in their adoption of technology, the accountability of senior management and an absolute committment to profit for the 'client'.

Mark's final word on business realtionships comes from his mentor David Harrison during his earliest days at Saatchi's - 'the Manager is ultimately responsible & the Client has total Sovereignty'.
